I’m often asked, “what type of diet do you recommend?”

Paleo?

Keto?

Vegan / Vegetarian?

Intermittent Fasting?

My answer is always the same!  I’ve tried them all!

I’ve seen many people try different fads & totally screw up their hormones & metabolism!

What I’ve learned … everyone is unique & what works for me may be detrimental to your individual nutritional requirements!

One common theme I recommend to all clients is to eat REAL, NUTRIENT dense foods including ALL Macronutrients!
