Exercise and fitness were not part of my life until college when I took my first class in running. From then on I was hooked! I found that running was one "constant" in my life. A way to release stress and push myself out of my comfort zone. I love the endorphin rush after a good run and love to find races in other cities to see other parts of the country!
As I've grown older (and wiser) I've placed more emphasis on strength training and flexibility. I love incorporating various types of exercise in my fitness regime such a strength training, Pilates, HIIT workouts and yoga. I am a certified personal trainer through NASN and Pilates & HIIT instructor. I train all types of bodies, ages and fitness levels and would love to help you step out of your comfort zone and reach your fitness goals!
